STUDIO MANAGER
Part-time | Cambridge Studio
We are looking for an experienced Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our Cambridge studio and support the next stage of our growth.
Working closely with the founder and project manager, you will oversee the operational side of the business, including studio organisation, finance administration, supplier coordination, systems, onboarding and team support. You will play a key role in ensuring the studio runs efficiently and provides an exceptional experience for both our team and our clients.
We are looking for someone highly organised, proactive and approachable, with experience in studio, practice or operations management within a creative or professional services environment. Confidence managing invoices, suppliers, freelancers and internal systems is essential, along with the ability to work independently and make decisions with confidence. Experience with software such as Monday.com or Xero is beneficial, as is an interest in interiors and design.
The role is part-time (2 to 3 days per week) with flexible working arrangements by agreement.
Salary dependent on experience. Pension and holiday included pro rata.

junior interior designer
Full-time | Cambridge Studio
We are looking for a talented Junior Interior Designer to join our growing Cambridge studio and support the delivery of high-end residential interior design projects across the UK.
Working alongside our senior designers, you will be involved in every stage of the design process, from concept development and technical drawings through to sourcing, procurement, client presentations, site visits and installations. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and collaborative team while working on beautifully crafted homes.
We are looking for someone with 2 to 3 years’ experience in an interior design role, a degree in Interior Design, and a genuine passion for thoughtful, timeless design. You should be highly organised, proactive, technically confident and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team. Experience with AutoCAD is essential, with knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Vectorworks beneficial.
A full UK driving licence is required.
