Senior interior designer

This role offers the opportunity to develop distinctive residential interiors, with involvement across the full design process.
Working closely with Sara, you’ll translate the creative direction into complete schemes, explore materials and finishes, design bespoke elements and prepare the detailed information needed to bring each space to life. You’ll collaborate with our Technical Designer, project team and contractors, following your work through to installation.
We’re looking for someone who combines a strong creative eye with excellent technical ability. You’ll understand how things are made, how they fit together and how your decisions affect the finished result.
What you’ll bring
Proven experience developing and delivering high-end residential interiors.
Advanced CAD skills and the confidence to independently produce detailed floor plans, elevations and bespoke joinery drawings.
Experience producing lighting and plumbing layouts for contractors.
Strong judgement in proportion, colour, materials and lighting.
Practical knowledge of kitchens, bathrooms and window treatments.
Accurate FF&E specifications and experience working within client budgets.
Clear communication and the ability to organise and take responsibility for your work.
Your portfolio must include completed projects and technical drawings you have personally produced. Vectorworks experience is preferred, alongside familiarity with InDesign. Knowledge of Houzz Pro, Monday.com and Google Drive would be helpful.

A full driving licence valid in the UK and access to a car are essential for client appointments and site visits. You must live within commuting distance of Cambridge.

Procurement & Project Administrator

Help turn carefully chosen designs into completed homes.
Every finished interior depends on someone knowing what has been ordered, when it will arrive and what needs attention. This role gives you ownership of that essential part of our projects.
Working closely with our studio and project teams, you’ll follow orders through from confirmation to delivery, build good relationships with suppliers and coordinate the arrangements that keep installations moving.
It’s a role for someone who enjoys being involved, getting the details right and seeing their work make a tangible difference.
What you’ll do
Track orders, lead times, payment status and delivery dates across our projects.
Check supplier confirmations against approved specifications.
Follow up on production and dispatch, spotting delays early.
Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and the people receiving them.
Resolve missing, damaged or incorrect items through supplier follow-up.
Keep Monday.com and project records accurate and current.
Support payment tracking, expense records and agreed invoice follow-up.
What you’ll bring
You’ll have relevant experience managing orders and deliveries, strong organisational skills and the confidence to follow things through independently. Accuracy matters, as does knowing when to raise a problem and ask for a decision.
Experience in interiors, furniture or construction would be welcome. Familiarity with Monday.com, Houzz Pro, Google Drive or Xero would also be helpful. No specific formal qualification is required.
