Studio + Creative Assistant

Seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic Studio + Creative Assistant for our fast, fun + innovative interior design studio. If you are eager to contribute to our future success, we’d love to have you on board! If this sounds like you, read on:

ROLE

  • Organising our busy studio + design library 
  • Managing Social Media Platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest 
  • Assisting Designers + Project Managers with their hugely varied tasks
  • Running errands + visiting sites
  • Understanding + promoting our brand through marketing + events 
  • Researching products + ordering samples
  • Contributing to weekly meetings
  • Adopting our professional + friendly ethos when liaising with clients, contractors + suppliers
  • Assisting with styling homes + photoshoots
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the studio from reception to back office 
  • Assisting with, + implementing processes

YOU ARE

  • Highly organised
  • Able to navigate Social Media and interpret our Brand
  • Hands on with a willingness to learn + ability to adapt quickly
  • An excellent communicator
  • Volunteering + enthusiastic by nature
  • Confident liaising with clients + suppliers + managing relationships  

YOU NEED

  • Administrative skills including computer literacy 
  • Full driving license and own car
