This room was described to us by the client as their ‘Champagne Room’! The brief was to create a room strictly for grown-ups and for entertaining. It needed to have a luxurious feel which we certainly delivered. We used a blue/grey paint on the walls to work with the period fireplace which was then used as a base colour throughout the room. We then used different shades of this colour on the custom-made furniture and bespoke designed rug to create a luxurious, layered effect.
